Who are Little Cigar Shop?
Little Cigar Shop (LCS) is an online retailer which specialises in cigar humidors and accessories. We are UK based and have been supplying customers with quality products for more than 3 years, originally through eBay but have now developed the website to supply our rapidly expanding customer base.
Do you have a shop? Can I visit your showroom?
We do not have a shop or showroom and sell our products online or direct via mail order. This enables us to keep our costs and overheads down and in turn we provide our customers with quality products at the best price.

Do you have a telephone number?
As we are an online retailer we do not publish a telephone number. However, if you wish to specifically discuss something with us, then please email us with your contact telephone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards - Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta via our online payment system. Please contact us with any questions about other methods of payment.
How safe is it to use my credit/debit card online?
All our online payments are facilitated and processed by Paypal one of the worlds leading online payment processing companies. This ensures the highest level of safety and security for online payments.
I prefer to give my card details over the phone, can I do this?
Unfortunately we cannot accept payment over the telephone. We recommend that all payments are made online via Paypal's secure payment system.
Is your site secure?
The Paypal payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. The transfer of the purchase details from our website to Paypal are encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Are my details kept private?
The information that you provide is only used to process your order and is kept on file to provide to assist you when you wish to reorder. Little Cigar Shop adheres to the relevant Data Protection Acts and does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, so your confidentiality is assured.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery and packaging rates vary depending on the size and weight of the items you buy. When you add items to your shopping basket you can view the delivery rates accordingly. We use Royal Mail for delivery and the delivery prices that we quote are based on those of Royal Mail.
Can I return my order if I am not happy?
We are committed to providing the best value products and our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with our products then please follow the guidelines on returning the products to us so that we may provide you with an exchange or refund.
Can I contact you if I need advice or help?
You can contact us via our online web form or by email, forwarding your request or contact details and we will get back to you.
Do your prices include VAT?
Our products do not currently include VAT.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We can ship outside of the UK but you will need to contact us with your order details so that we can calculate the shipping rates for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to despatch your order on the next business day from when you placed your order. Depending on the delivery service you should receive your order in 2-4 business days.
I want to cancel my order, what do I do?
Little Cigar Shop complies with the UKs Distance Selling Regulations and in doing so you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 business days from receiving the goods. If you intend to cancel within 7 business days then we must receive your written cancellation notice via email, fax or post. Little Cigar Shop will refund you the full amount of your purchase but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care in doing so and whilst the goods are in your possession.
