These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
By placing an order with LittleCigarShop you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order with us.
A Contract between the customer and LittleCigarShop for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customers statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.
Cancellation Rights and Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have purchased you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. When returning any products to us, please clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach your order reference or copy of the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Payment
We accept online payment via Paypal by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and do not currently include VAT.
We endeavour to display all items in our current range on this website. We aim to hold stock for any product however, occasionally some items may be out of stock and if this is the case you will be notified accordingly upon order confirmation.
All delivery dates are estimated delivery dates only, may be subject to change and we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for any delivery at any time. All orders received before 3PM will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following business day.
However, in some circumstances we will endeavour to despatch on Saturdays or indeed aim to personally deliver the items on evenings or at weekends.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Cigar Books and DVDs
Purchases of cigar books and DVDs through Little Cigar Shop are processed and shipped by Amazon.co.uk. The prices listed on the Little Cigar Shop website for DVDs and books are correct at the time of listing, however they may be subject to change by Amazon or their resellers. Any queries regarding books or DVDs must be made through Amazon. If you have any queries regarding returns or payment please contact Amazon.co.uk customer services.
